Terms and Conditions

Payment:

Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank or branch, made payable to Viva Siena Inc. I do except checks made out to Viva Siena Inc. or credit cards for just the accommodations. If using credit cards, there is a 2.95 % handling fee.

Air transportation:

The price of the tour does not include airfare. I am working with a wonderful travel agent that can book your trip.

Cancellations: All Cancellations must be in writing

For cancellation by the client, the following charges apply:

Cancellations received 29-1 day prior to departure = 100% of the price of the tour.
Cancellations received 59 to 30 days prior to departure = 50 % of the price of tour.
Cancellations received 89 to 60 days prior to departure = %30 of the price of the tour.
Cancellations 90 days or more prior to departure no charges will apply.

Trip Insurance:

Viva Siena recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans can include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Travel Delay, Baggage Delay and more.

“To be eligible for the waiver of the pre-existing medical condition exclusion, the Travel SelectUltimate plan must be purchased within 21 days from the time you make your initial trip deposit.”

Changes to the Itinerary:

Due to circumstances beyond our control, Viva Siena Inc. may have to make partial changes to the stated itinerary. Every effort is made to keep changes to a minimum, and our standard of quality is always maintained.

There is no refund for cancellations of a guide, wine tours 30 days prior to departure.
